Stelloz LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TidyBudget mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

TidyBudget is designed with privacy in mind. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit:

• Email addresses (unless you contact us directly)

TidyBudget stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Expense Records: Descriptions, amounts, dates, and categories of expenses you enter

• Categories: Default and custom expense categories
• Archived Data: Previously archived expense records
• App Settings: Your preferences for voice commands, sorting, and display options

• Device Information: Android version, device model, and app version for compatibility purposes
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous app usage statistics (if you opt-in through Google Play)
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash logs to improve app stability (through Google Play Console)

All your financial data remains exclusively on your device and is used only to:

• Display your expense tracking and budget information
• Generate charts and spending insights
• Provide voice command functionality
• Enable CSV import/export features
• Archive and organize your expense data

If enabled, anonymous usage data helps us:

• Improve app performance and stability
• Understand which features are most useful
• Fix bugs and crashes

• All your financial data is stored locally using Android's secure SharedPreferences
• Data is saved to your device's internal storage, protected by Android's app sandbox

• Your expense data is NOT automatically backed up to cloud services
• You can manually export your data as CSV files for your own backup purposes
• We recommend regularly exporting your data to prevent loss

• App permissions limited to essential functions only

TidyBudget may use Google Play Services for:

• App updates and distribution

• Voice commands are processed locally on your device using Android's built-in speech recognition
• Voice data is NOT transmitted to our servers
• Voice recognition may use Google's services as part of Android's functionality

TidyBudget does NOT integrate with:

• Banking services or financial institutions
• Social media platforms
• Advertising networks
• Analytics services beyond basic Google Play metrics

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data within the app
• Modify: Edit or delete any expense or budget information
• Export: Export your data as CSV files at any time
• Delete: Clear all data through app settings or by uninstalling the app

• Export your data in standard CSV format
• Import data from CSV files
• No vendor lock-in or proprietary formats

You can opt-out of:

• Anonymous usage analytics through Google Play settings
• Voice command features (disable in app settings)
• Any optional data collection

TidyBudget is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

TidyBudget is developed in the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, please be aware that all data processing occurs locally on your device, regardless of your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing in-app notifications for significant changes

Your continued use of TidyBudget after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

• Your expense and budget data remains on your device until you delete it
• You can clear all data through app settings
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all local data

• We do not retain any of your financial data on our servers
• Anonymous analytics data may be retained by Google Play Services according to their policies
